I made less than $5000 for Poshmark last year and did not need to claim it but with the little income our family earned it was giving us a significant amount back. I made the form wrong and hit e-file. I did not want to e-file the form without looking at it then when I went into state the amount was not entered. The form was accepted by the IRS and they will not allow me to make changes now. It would have been easier if Poshmark sent a form.

Just because you didn't receive a form, does not mean you don't need to claim it. You have to file an income tax return if your net earnings from self-employment were $400 or more. If your net earnings from self-employment were less than $400, you still have to file an income tax return if you meet any other filing requirements.
Once you have e-filed and the IRS has accepted your return, you can not change it. The only way you can make a change now is to amend your return.
To make changes to a tax return that has already been submitted, you should follow these guidelines.
