New LLC Alabama & Rental Income

Me and my husband are filing for the first time our LLC business he started in April 2021. He is an insurance agent. He received a W2 and 2-1099-NEC's. His W2 is for Jan-March income, and he became self employed in April 2021. For 2021 he has a W2, and a 1099-NEC for brokerage and investment income, and a 1099-NEC for commissions on the sale of Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance. We have purchasd the Turbo tax Deluxe to file our taxes. We are filing a Schedule C for his business since he is the sole owner. Is it possible to have our returned reviewed before we actually file it? Currently we are having to pay back a substantial amount of money. We were expected to have to pay back, but would like to make sure we are filing correctly. We also have first time rental income we would like for someone to review, if possible. Please advise.
