Need to know what will my total tax for 2022 - my tax filing will be similar to last year - but this year I have more charitable cash contribution.

No one can predict your total tax for the upcoming year since we cannot see any of your information. We have no access to your tax return so we do not know what the next one will be similar to. And.....you have not mentioned how much cash you plan to donate.
