Multiple W2 jobs declaration with employer?

Is it legal for one to have two W2 jobs with two different employers?
More importantly, do you have to declare with each of the employers that you hold another W2 job (with a different employer)? For example, I work on W2 job with employer A and have just started working on W2 with employer B. Do I have to declare at employer A that I hold another W2 job and vice-versa?

No you don't have to tell each employer you have another job. Sure you can have more than 1 employer and W2 during the year and at the same time.  Enter each W2 into the same tax return.  After you enter the first one you can add another.  Are you having a problem?

You only get one refund or tax due for all your income combined.  The Refund Monitors won't be right until you have entered all your income.  So don't look at it until you are done.

I appreciate the prompt response.

Can the employer restrict you from holding another W2 job? Do I need to check with my W2 employer before joining a second job on W2? Thanks in advance!

I don't know.  That's between you and the employer.  But for taxes it's ok to have more than 1 job.  You get a separate W2 for each job.
