According to the IRS (What to do with Form 1099-K), you should rely on your business books and records to report the income on the correct form/business.
TurboTax provides an option to adjust the amount shown on Form 1099-K. Essentially, you and your spouse should include the 1099-K information as it was reported, then adjust the amount of income to match your individual business records. As long as you together claim at least as much income as is shown on Form 1099-K, you have met the IRS requirements.
