If you received the exact same payment reported on both a W-2 and a 1099-Misc, you should still include both forms and then back out the wages for the 1099-Misc. This will tell the IRS that you received the 1099-Misc but you should not have that income as it is duplicated.
You will need to enter the 1099-Misc income and then back it out as a negative number to offset the income that is not taxable.
