Form 7206 problem

This form should not be included on my return and I can't delete it.  I checked the instructions and I do not meet any criteria for filing this form.  How do I delete it????

I sent a copy of the return data and got a token:

Token # 123145976496764-97769996 [restored]

Can somebody please help me?

I can't read the token number you posted.

You need to edit your business entries and on the screen that says Your (name of business) Business, choose Other common business expenses under the Business Expenses heading. On the next screen update Insurance payments and you will see your self-employed health insurance entry if you have one and you can delete it.

Then, delete the Form 7206 as follows:

1. Choose the Tax Tools option on your left menu bar while working on your return

2. Choose Tools

3. Choose the Delete a form option under Other Helpful links 

4. Find the form 7206 in the list and delete it
