capital gains tax exempt for future payments

I sold a vacation home. Am paying the capital gains tax required. I received forms for 4 equal additional  estimated tax payments for next year although this was a one time sale

capital gains tax exempt for future payments

The Forms 1040-ES for paying estimated 2022 taxes are for your use only.  You do not have to use the forms.  They are not reported to the IRS.
