I recommend reviewing your form to ensure it is a 1099-MISC. Box 7 on Form 1099-MISC is for sales of consumer products as defined in the instructions for the form. You mention cleaning services so this box may have been accidentally checked. If so, you will need to reach out to the issuer of the 1099-MISC to have the form corrected if this applies.
Once you have confirmed the accuracy of the 1099-MISC, you would need to enter this information as self-employment income as it sounds like a side gig you have going on in addition to your main form of employment. (It's not typical for an employer to issue a W-2 form as well as a 1099 form.)
