How do I enter 1099 Misc info on form 1116 for other income and adjustments and it is not self employment?

Turbo tax interview puts it on Schedule C but that is not where it belongs.

Why did you get the 1099-misc, and who is the Payer? Form 1116 is for the Foreign Tax Credit.
