Why wife was eligible for the Stimulus Checks based on 2019 tax returns. However, her income exceeds the limit for 2020. How do I claim that she received the stimulus?

Do I need to claim that she has received stimulus checks? Due to her 2020 income, the TurboTax system does not give me an option to claim to have received the stimulus checks.

No, TurboTax will not give you the option to report the stimulus payments she received if your AGI is over the limit.   However, she can keep the payments, they do not need to be repaid even though she does not qualify for them in 2020.    You don't need to report the payments she received.
