Why don't my state withholdings from box 17 appear in the final review?

I've completed boxes 15-17 under wages and income, but when I review to file my state taxes, the only withholdings that appear are my federal withholdings.

The state withholding goes to your state return - - they do not get entered on your federal return.   You are reviewing your federal return.    The withholding on your w-2 in box 17 will show up on your state tax return.   What state are you filing?
