Why did my additional W-2 from my federal return not get transferred to my state? It is from the standard insurance company for medical leave. Does PA. not require this?

No, Third Party Sick Pay is not taxable compensation for Pennsylvania:

Sick pay and sick leave are taxable compensation when representing the taxpayer’s regular wages and his or her employer must include them as compensation and withhold Pennsylvania tax.

Payments, including payments made by third party insurers for sickness or disability, are not taxable income for Pennsylvania purposes.
