Where do I tell on turbotax if I already entered what IRA contributions I made this year? I wont qualify for deduction, but do I need to input that/did I already?

Yes, you do need to input it to record that you made a non-deductible contribution to a Traditional IRA if that is what you did. 

See the instructions below to go to that section of your return to review the entries you have made or to enter your contributions.

"To enter your 2018 IRA contribution (money you put into your IRA), open your return, search for ira contributions and select the Jump to link in the search results. We'll take you to the Traditional IRA and Roth IRA screen where you can start the IRA interview."
