Where can I show that I returned the rmd that was sent twice last year?

I received the rmd twice and I returned it back how can I do that?

If you removed more than the RMD then please follow these steps to indicate the rollover:

1. Open you return in TurboTax 
2. Click on "Search" on the right top and type “1099-R” in the box
3. Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
4. Continue until "About this Retirement Account. / Was this withdrawal an RMD for 2023?" 
5. Select “Part of this distribution was an RMD”, enter the amount, and click “continue”
6. Continue until you get to “Tell us if you moved the money through a rollover or conversion”, choose “I rolled over some or all of it an IRA or retirement account within the time limits (normally 60 days)”, and click “Continue”
7. Select “No, I rolled over less than $xxxx" and enter the amount returned to the IRA

Please be aware, RMDs cannot be rolled over.
