When will Underpayment Penalty Calculations reflect the new IRS rule as of 3/22; not requiring a penalty if 80% has been paid?Despite software help box still staying 90%?

The changes to Form 2210, Underpayment of Estimated Tax by Individuals, Estates and Trusts, are scheduled to be updated in a release currently planned for March 29, 2019.
