When will the error on my Wisconsin Form 1 that is related to penalties on IRAs, retirement plans related to Covid be corrected on the TT downloads version

I am using a downloaded version of TT and update everyday.  I can't submit my Wisconsin taxes due to error.  Error shows on form 1 line 22.
