What is the proper way to adjust the cost basis for the SLV / GLD ETFs that are structured as trusts, and have monthly expenses that show up on your 1099-B?

Most answers deal with the mechanics of calculating cost basis and capital gains. TurboTax can't do anything about this. It's the law. However entering data on the "keyhole" window provided by TT is a disaster. Is there another way to enter the data? Surely TT can do better than this
