What form do I need to submit to IRS to show the RMD I reveived

You do not actually have to show the IRS that you received the RMD. If you did not, you must report and pay the penalty for not taking it out. TurboTax asks the questions so it can report the penalty if needed but if you received it all, it does not go on the tax return.
