What does “Deduct disability benefits only to the extent included in your federal income in 2021” mean? Are they referring to Form SSA P-1099 amount in Box 3?

It says Medicare part B premiums deducted from your benefits and the next part says Medicare prescription drug premiums part D deduct it from your benefits

disability is not the same as Medicare.

The program is asking about being on "Disability Retirement", if you were able to retire early because you became disabled.

It does not sound like this is your situation.
