What do I do when my 1099-R form, box 9a (Your percentage of total distribution) shows 0% but when trying to submit, I get an error saying the minimum value is 0.01?

I changed jobs at the end of 2021, at which point all my contributions to my retirement plan stopped. I withdrew the full balance in 2023 and it looks like it was split as I received two 1099-R forms from Prudential for the withdrawal. Both forms show 0% in box 9a.

If your Form 1099-R contains a zero in box 9a, try leaving it blank instead of typing in the zero. That should clear the error message.
