TurboTax won't determine the taxable amount of my normal IRA withdrawal. My CPA asked for the value of my IRA a/o 12/31 to determine the taxable amt, but TurboTax doesn't

My IRA Withdrawal was not a RMD, it was just an ordinary withdrawal, Box 7 code 7 from a regular IRA. It is the first time I have ever taken a withdrawal.
