TurboTax does not calculate the value on Form NYC-208 line 20. You enter the value. If you entered the wrong amount of property tax that you paid, go back through the section of the New York interview for the Enhanced Real Property Tax Credit and enter the correct amount. The amount you enter for Real Property Taxes on the Homeowner Expenses screen goes directly to Form NYC-208 line 20.
