I accidentally made an excess contribution to my Roth IRA in 2017. I realized my mistake when I was doing my 2017 taxes and took a distribution in February 2018. My mutual fund company sent me a 1099-R with the distribution code of PJ. "IRA owner is removing an excess in the year following the year in which it was contributed. Turbotax's drop down menu doesn't have that code. How do I correctly report that distribution? Please help.
