Turbo tax will not allow me to continue when filling out 1099-R I have 0 listed or blank for lines 8 -17 It was a total rollover over G no distribution or percent to me personally

Why will turbo tax not let me continue  I have entered info exactly as listed on 1099-R

Instead of entering the zeros, leave lines 8 through 17 blank in TurboTax.
