Turbo tax says i had excess social security tax and have to upgrade...by my calculations, i don't. tax form 1 box 3: 160200 box 4: 9932.40; form 2: b3:2450.00 b4:151.90

both w2's are attributed to me, which is correct. is any other info needed to help with this? I'm really annoyed and don't want to pay to upgrade when it's not necessary

Enter the $9932 without the cents and this should resolve the issue for you as long as you just had one employer or the combined withholding is not more than the $9932.   If you had more than one employer and, therefore, total social security withholding exceeded the $9932 you will need to upgrade for a refund of excess withholding due to multiple employers.
