Turbo Tax is entering my pension income in my state tax return but it is not taxable until I reach my full contribution amount. How do I get it to not do that?

It is not adding my husband's pension to the state tax but he has reached his full contribution amount and his pension should be state taxable. What am I doing wrong?

How are you telling TurboTax that either one of you have reached the "full contribution amount"?

 

What is the state?

 

What is the distribution code (box 7) on your two 1099-R's?
