TSP 1099-R ENTRIES

Is there anywhere that I can find out exactly how to input my TSP 1099-R and answer the interview questions correctly on my Federal and Oklahoma State Tax Returns?  For instance, where did this distribution come from, etc.?  I do not believe that this 1099-R is filed the same as my CSRS Form CSA 1099R.

No, you will enter this as a regular 1099R and not on a CSA or CSF 1099R. To enter this, make the selection that this is a Form 1099R, withdrawal of money from 401K, retirement plans, pensions, IRA etc.
