There is a line under the federal wages and income tab that reads "IRA, 401k, Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R). How do I delete this line as it is not applicable to me?

The Edit/Add option does not allow me to delete the line. It only asks if I received a 1099R and took a disaster distribution. Both answers are no, but when I hit continue, it is back to square one.

That line is okay, it is just a list of possible income types.   You can skip over any income types that you don't have.   You can go to the next section, don't click the Edit/Add button on that screen.
