The Smart Check thinks i need a 1099-R but I don't have any nor do I need to fill one out. What have I done and how do I fix this?

If you did not receive a Form 1099-R, you do not need to fill it out. To fix the issue, simply remove the form from the program.

To delete a form in the TurboTax online version:

Sign in to your account, select Pick up where you left off
On your left, Select Tax Tools/drop-down menu
Select Tools
Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form
Select Delete next to Form 1099-R and Continue with My Return to proceed
