The instructions say that if you don't have a copy of your W-2 that you can submit a substitute form and check the box that says substitute form but that box isn't there.

I clicked the "What if I didn't get my W-2?" blue question and it said to submit a substitute form and give explanation as to why you had to do it and what you did to get your estimated withholding amounts. But, when I went to check the box that is supposed to say "substitute form" and provide a description there was not an option to do this.
