"Tell us more about this retirement plan distribution" 2020 Turbo Tax Premium

This page indicates that we had to have taken the full RMD in 2020 or be penalized 50%.  That is not true.  The CARES as does not require that.  How do I answer these questions without triggering a problem in my taxes? 

Also, it is not clear which RMD source the questions are referring to.  We have more than one and this page does not come after any of the 1099-R specific questions.  It comes after questions relating to Form 8606.

Because there was no 2020 RMD for IRA's and most retirement accounts just answer the RMD question that "None of this distribution was a RMD" or "No RMD required".
