If you are wondering how to input your Form 1099-R from your Kmart Retirement Plan, please follow these steps:

Open your return
Under the Wages & Income section, choose Add/Edit next to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
Input the information from your Form 1099-R
