I am having the same issue.  Can't get Turbotax people to respond.

Ensure, you enter the 1099-R properly and completely. Make sure you enter the code in box 7 correctly. This is what tells TurboTax that the rollover is tax exempt.

Was it rolled to a Traditional IRA, or to a Roth IRA?

I am entering everything into Turbotax as it appears on the 1099-RBox 7 (Distribution Code) = G (Direct rollover and rollover contribution).

Where is the "Jump to" link?

I'm seeing a number of people on the blog with the same issue.
