Survivor benefit with OPM

Where do I input the OPM survivor annuity in TurboTax free version? I have tried under CSF1099R section and under pension section and both are giving me trouble.

IRS form 1099-R may be reported on the Free version. Are you selecting the OPM CSF-1099-R?

What issues are you seeing? Does the form report a taxable amount? Or something else?

I have a 1099-R for an annuity from a life insurance company that came to me upon my dad's death in March 2024. Is that considered survivor benefits for Ohio state taxes?
