'Stipend.' There seems to be no 'Federal Taxes Withheld as recorded on the W-2 form for 2020. State Tax Withheld as well as for Medicare, Monthly Social Security?

My status in no longer "Self-Employed!" Should I need to be filing taxes and/or will I be eligible for a refund on the State Tax Withheld as well as for Medicare, as withholdings are already being applied via my Monthly Social Security? The new role is "Enrolled Participant of a Senior Program via The Mayor's Commission On Aging - MCOA / Senior Community Employment Program - SCSEP; to which, I receive a 'Stipend.'
