So I just got rehired at my job and need to complete a W-4 again and the last time I completed one of those forms was in 2015. The form has changed.

I used to claim 10 for federal and usually owed every year. Is there a way to know how much taxes will be taken out.

Use the Tax Withholding Estimator on the IRS web site to figure out what to put on your W-4 form. It will show you how much tax will be withheld, and let you adjust your withholding to get the approximate refund amount that you want. Click "How to Adjust Your Withholding" to see what to put on your W-4.
