I would be. If this isn't your income for 2018, delete it before you file. See the FAQ below, or to Delete a Form:

Open your return.
Choose Tools/Tax Tools on the left side of your screen.
In Tools Center, choose Delete a Form.
Find the 1099-R in the list of forms, and delete it. Follow the prompts.
