Should answer be yes or no to "Did either of you make money in any other state?"; TT says yes if income from owning a business, & I provided day care service at our home?

You would answer No since the daycare is in your home, and therefore your resident state.

The wording could be clearer, but the question is referring to owning a business in another state.
