No distribution required for 2020. I did not take out any money in 2020, how do I enter this on my return?

If you did not take out any money, then you would have not received a 1099-R. There is nothing to report on your tax return.
RMDs were waived for 2020, and there were no required distributions.
Why does Turbo Tax ask for the 2020 required RMD and the actual RMD when in fact no RMD was required per the Cares Act? Also on the page before it is set up to request a waiver of the tax if you took less than required. Seems like its needlessly leading me down a rabbit hole.
It depends. You may have missed a step when you reported the distribution.
