I RECIEVED $10,974 FROM MY EX JOB PENSION, I PUT $7000 IN A ROTH AND $3,974 IN MY 401.

SO I NEED HELP ON ROLLING IT OVER TO A 1099R

Are you saying you need to know how to indicate the rollovers in the program?  I assume you received the 1099-R.
