Reporting divorce military retirement pay

I do not receive a1099-R, am I supposed to report the money I receive from ex husband’s military retirement as income?

Reporting divorce military retirement pay

If this is a result of an alimony settlement, you do not report this on your return as income. Please review the following Irs document for guidance on whether you should report this or not.
