Received W2 & 1099 for a wage & hour settlement. Amount was for $41. W2 is for Zero and the 1099 has the $41 listed. Do I include the W2 on return or only the 1099?

That's a bit odd.  Normally, your back wages should be reported on a W-2, and a 1099-MISC would be used for any non-wage income like expense reimbursement or interest due to late payment.  It should not be reported on a 1099-NEC.  Do you have any other paperwork explaining how the $41 was calculated and what it was for?
