Received a 1099-S for proceeds from a portion of our lot taken by state under eminent domain. I thought we had to complete a Form 1033. I can't find it in TurboTax. Help?

You do not have file form 1033.

For eminent domain sales, you can just reduce the cost basis of your lot by the proceeds and list the cost basis of the transaction as equal to the proceeds giving a gain of 0.
