Received 2 W2 from the same employer. All fields on the second one is blank with the exception of box 14 which has one item and retirement box is checked.

If both of these are for the same employer and the only change is that the 2nd one has Box 14 completed and the retirement box checked (and the first one does not) Enter both of them on the same screen in TurboTax.

You will enter all of the employer info, your wages, federal and state from the 1st W2, then add box 14 and check the retirement box from the 2nd W2.
