Where do I enter information from my form 5498?

My 5498 is only showing and FMV of account and the RMD Amount and date. I am assuming there is nothing to put on the tax return.

That is correct. You normally do not enter anything from the 5498 on your return.

Note that in certain cases, such as in overcontributing to an IRA, you may want to refer to the 5498 to determine what to enter, but otherwise, just put the 5498 in your tax file along with your other papers.
