PA State - 401k Withdrawal

Entering the state type code for my 1099-r in the PA state form.   It does not list an option for a 401k withdrawal.  I would think eligible I'm eligible is the right answer, but it is not one of the 4 eligible plans listed on the other hand.  It is a 7 in the distribution code.  Anyone have insight into PA this is my first....

Yes, you will select  "I’m eligible; plan is eligible".
