Thanks for your quick response. This rollover amount is twice the rest of my income, from which I have taxes deducted. It was the high tax due that told me the rollover was being taxed.

However, the problem has been solved. I had checked all of my answers several times and finally decided to deleted the 1099 and re-enter it. I answered everything the same way (I think), and the result now seems to be correct.
