Did they withhold $10K for taxes ? If so did you return the full $60K or just the $50K you got ?

I had taken 10,000 out earlier in the year and year and paid 2500 in taxes

Ok ... so after you entered the 1099-R you have to continue thru the interview to indicate how much of the distribution was rolled back/or over within the 60 day window.
