Re: 1099-R

I entered my pension info. from my 1099-R form. As I proceed with my tax return I am asked did I repay any 2016 Hurricane Distribution in 2019. I have never had any Hurricane Distribution. My 1099-R is a simple pension I draw every month. How do I fix this on my return?
